The City of Stonecrest

The City of Stonecrest engaged T. Dallas Smith & Company to help identify, analyze and secure an office location to serve as its headquarters within the newly established city limits.

Although options were limited that could accommodate the very tight timeline, T. Dallas Smith & Company collaborated with elected officials to understand the short-term and long-term goals for the city. A comprehensive search and analysis of desirable locations with the ability to expand was initiated. The process included in-depth discussions with the representatives of the suitable options to determine the optimal solution for the city.

In the end, the City of Stonecrest was pleased to secure nearly 13,000 square feet of space as its new headquarters.
