Based on the initial meeting, we create a market survey that matches your needs and partner with you to narrow the search down to the top locations.
We personally escort you through the top locations ending the tour with a debrief of the pros and cons of each property.
We create and submit requests for proposals (RFPs) to the landlords of the top locations. Then, we create and review with you the deal terms summary comparing the space options, culminating with a comprehensive Letter of Intent (LOI) for the top option.
LEASE & NEGOTIATION EXECUTION
We confirm the business terms align with the executed LOI. Then, we coordinate any needed meetings with legal counsel for both parties and secure signatures on final lease.
Even after the final agreement is executed and you have moved into your new space, we follow up with you to make sure you are satisfied and remain available to you for any future needs or requirements.
