Austin serves as a reliable advisor, specializing in representing tenants and buyers in the office, industrial and land sectors. He joined the team as a broker in February 2024, marking his second year in the industry. Since then, he has assisted companies across the US in negotiating lease renewals, expansions, contractions, relocations, and acquisitions.
Austin began his venture into real estate by investing in the wholesale market before transitioning into commercial real estate. He has made significant strides, successfully closing numerous deals in his first year, ranging from industrial spaces to land acquisitions.
Austin discovered his passion for real estate during the COVID shutdown. He earned his bachelor’s degree in industrial organization from Clark Atlanta University. During his time at Clark Atlanta, he was on the men’s basketball team, served as a student ambassador, joined Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, received the Moses C. Norman Scholarship, and achieved Dean’s List honors. Leveraging his background in business marketing and psychology, Austin provides expert market advice to his clients.
