Marcus joined the T. Dallas Smith & Co. pride in August of 2021. His analytical thinking, attention to detail, competitive nature, along with his desire to succeed, makes him a great addition to the team. His scope of work includes market analysis, lease negotiation and project management. As a trusted advisor, Marcus focuses on offering his clients premium services and representation specializing in office, land and industrial space transactions.

Marcus developed enthusiasm for real estate early in his upbringing. That desire and interest drove him into a financial career path. While attending the University of Alabama, he also served in the United States Army Reserve. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, he obtained extensive experience in forecasting, analysis, project management and contract negotiation for multiple Fortune 500 companies in Atlanta. That corporate exposure led Marcus back to real estate to concentrate on the Residential market for 2 years before finally making the decision to focus primarily on Commercial Real Estate.

Marcus’ work ethic and willingness to help others has been invaluable on the team and in the community. When he is not with his family, Marcus spends his free time volunteering with youth, coaching multiple sports. Marcus is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS.
