As a trusted advisor and office/industrial leasing broker with the firm since 2016, Nick provides market analysis, site selection and lease negotiation for local and national clients.

Nick began his commercial real estate career in 2012 working for a full-service real estate development and management company located in Cleveland, Ohio, where he actively managed 2.5 million square feet of commercial shopping & industrial space. He then moved to Chicago, Illinois in 2014 and began his commercial real estate brokerage career with Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in the acquisitions and dispositions of commercial shopping centers and single-tenant net-leased properties. He is a 2011 graduate of Miami University (OH), where he served as Captain of the Men’s basketball team and graduated with a Bachelor’s in Political Science.
